Concept

While I love helping people celebrate their special events with one of my cake creations, for many years now I have struggled for many years with my role as a sugar pusher. Generall I avoid sugar, gluten and dairy since they are all linked to numerous diseases and dysfunctions, yet here I am selling some of the unhealthiest foods possible. The moral qualm is real and inescapable.
Equally inescapable is my passion for feeding or nourishing people so to rectify the two issues, I have created a new line of healthful and nutritious snacks to not only fuel your fitness, but fuel your brain, your body and your life.

All the items in my new Fuel Your Fitness line are designed to provide you with essential nutrients like healthy fats, protein, and fibrous carbs to keep you full and keep you energized and moving without putting big strain on your digestive system or making you drag your feet.
All items are gluten free, dairy free, and most importantly free of any refined sugar.

Many of the items are also Keto friendly containing minimal net carbs and sugar, and work well both as pre or post workout snacks.
